PearlScout is an automated analytics reporting tool that connects to your Google Analytics (GA4) account to provide weekly summaries of your website performance via email. Our service is read-only; we do not modify your website or your Google Analytics tracking code.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

PearlScout is a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fees. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Guidance Only: The reports, insights, and recommendations provided by PearlScout are generated through automated analysis of your Google Analytics data. They are intended for informational guidance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of Google's data, nor do we guarantee any specific business outcomes, increased revenue, or traffic resulting from our insights.

In no event shall PearlScout or its founders be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access PearlScout. You must ensure you have the legal right to grant us read-access to the Google Analytics property you connect to our service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
